  • 4 tbs. unsalted butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup + 2tbs. white whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175°C). Grease a 12-cavity brownie pan or a 9-by-9-inch (23×23 cm) square pan.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips over a double boiler until completely smooth. Alternatively, melt in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until smooth. Take off the heat and allow the chocolate to cool slightly for a few minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Zulka Morena Pure Cane sugar and the eggs vigorously until the mixture is slightly pale in color and thickened, which should take about 1 minute. Whisk in the melted butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until all ingredients are well combined and smooth. Gently whisk in the slightly cooled melted chocolate until fully incorporated into the mixture.
