Boozy S’mores Frozen Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
• 10 large marshmallows (not mini marshmallows)
• ½ cup whole milk
• ¼ cup chocolate syrup
• ¼ cup hot cocoa mix (approximately 3 packets)
• 2 ounces vanilla vodka
• 2 ounces crème de cocoa
• 3 cups ice cubes
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped toasted Diamond Shake & Spoon™ Pecans
• ½ cup mini marshmallows, for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat your broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Arrange the 10 large marshmallows evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Place the pan under the preheated broiler. Keep the oven door slightly cracked and monitor the marshmallows very closely. Using tongs, turn the marshmallows every few seconds until all sides are uniformly dark brown and toasted, developing a beautiful caramelization. This process is quick, so do not step away! Remove from the oven and allow the toasted marshmallows to cool completely before proceeding.
- Prepare your serving glasses. Pour a few tablespoons of water onto a small, shallow plate. On another small plate, spread out the finely chopped toasted Diamond Shake & Spoon™ Pecans.
